Dr. Garg is Assistant Professor of Strategy at Stevens' School of Business. His research interests include human capital, micro-foundations of strategy, organizational learning, and organization design. His work has been published in Organization Science and Strategic Management Journal. He has taught strategy courses in BBA, MBA, and doctoral programs. Before pursuing his doctorate, he worked in the sales and marketing function at Unilever's Indian subsidiary.
