Virtual Lecture: The Performance Matrix: How Quality Control Applies to Human Capital

Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at 8:00 AM until 9:00 AMEastern Daylight Time UTC -04:00

    Zoom Online Webinar

All organizations hire and develop employees based largely on their basic skill set - i.e., how they are able to do their job from a technical competency standpoint. However, the difference between successful organizations and failing entities is found in the practical application of attitude orientation, people skills and team integration as selection and orientation standards. This talk offers an immediately useful system to make an evaluation of work personality and potential performance that will help ensure quality across the human capital line.

    Presenter: Prof. Donald N. Lombardi

Dr. Lombardi is a professor and the executive director of the Stevens Healthcare Educational Partnership, which has secured numerous grants for developing leadership education initiatives for nonprofit safety-net hospitals. He has written 12 books on health care leadership and consulted with more than 170 healthcare organizations in all 50 states and 10 foreign countries. He is the director of Stevens’ veterans program and was the youngest officer commissioned in the U.S. Marine Corps in the 1970s.
