    Join the Stevens School of Business Graduate Management Programs for a mini-lesson on Essential Strategies For Leading During Change, Crisis and Chaos with Professor Don Lombardi.

    Students will have the opportunity to participate in a Q+A following the lesson.

    Lesson synopsis
    This lesson presents a set of practical strategies which can be immediately employed by leaders at any level immediately to ensure that their staff performance is maximized during trying times and stressful circumstances. Using real world examples and field proven methods from the always fast paced and high pressure healthcare work environment, a set of realistic, resonant and relevant takeaways will be in the offing throughout the lesson.

    About the presenter
    Donald N. Lombardi, Ph.D., USMC(R) is a Professor and the Executive Director of the Stevens Healthcare Educational Partnership (SHEP) at Stevens Institute of Technology. As the innovator and leader of SHEP, he has secured eight successive grants for developing leadership education of nonprofit safety net hospitals and the Stevens SATMax College Prep Program for Urban High Schools. Dr. Lombardi has consulted to over 170 healthcare organizations in all 50 states and 10 foreign countries and has written over 40 articles and 12 books.
