    Supply chain analytics refers to improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness through data-driven decisions at the strategic, operational and tactical levels. It encompasses virtually the complete value chain — sourcing, manufacturing, distribution and logistics. This short talk will highlight industry application projects in the area of supply chain analytics and will be jointly hosted with Professor Alkis Vazacopoulos, who currently teaches a course in supply chain analytics at Stevens.
     

    Presenter: Prof. Chris Asakiewicz

    Dr. Asakiewicz is the director of the Business Intelligence & Analytics master’s program at Stevens. He is an expert in life sciences who enjoyed more than 20 years at Pfizer, most recently as a vice president of global business technology.
