Dr. Frank is the director of the Information Systems master’s program at Stevens. He has over 30 years of industry experience, including serving as the assistant CIO and CISO for several large public and private companies, as well providing senior executives advice as a business, IT and cybersecurity strategy consultant. He has been teaching classes at Stevens for the past 14 years on topics including emerging technology and digital transformation, large scale IT architecture, service innovation, and technology management.
