    Spring 2024 New Ph.D. Student Orientation

    New Ph.D. Student Orientation is held on campus each January for all new doctoral students. The program is designed to prepare you to serve in your new position by introducing you to Stevens’ unique culture, sharing relevant policies, procedures, and expectations, and connecting you with key contacts on campus.

    Throughout the day-long program, you will meet and learn from current faculty, staff, and administrators from a number of departments. The program will last all day, from approximately 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. The Pre-Orientation Webinars and Welcome Week Schedule can be found on the New Ph.D. Student Orientation webpage.

    Please note that all new doctoral students are expected to attend New Ph.D. Student Orientation. If you have an extenuating circumstance that may make you unable to attend, please email doctoralsupport@stevens.edu as soon as possible.

    Registration is no longer available because the registration deadline has passed.
